I Have a New Blog!!!

Hey fitblr buddies!

First, I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for making tumblr such an incredible, inspiring, warm community of health warriors and educators. You have made my blogging job such a blast, and I can’t begin to thank you enough for that. You inspire my personal training career every day that I’m in the gym. :)

ALSO, I just wanted to let you all know that I’ve migrated my blog over from tumblr to wordpress so I can have some more fun communication options, plugins, etc. It is still going to be me, just at a different URL. :)

I’ve got a ton of new content out so far that I would love you guys and gals to check out, and let me know what you think. Here you go!
